Workout for load and reps
0-8 min: Work to a 1RM Power Snatch
10-20 min (10 min AMRAP)
30 Double Unders - 15 T2B - 3-6-9-12 etc. Power Snatch 60/40kg
22-30 min (8 min AMRAP)
1-2-3-4-5 etc. Power Clean 90/60kg - 10 T2B - 20 Double Unders
32-40 min - Work to a 1RM Power Clean (PR guaranteed)
40 min and until completion - 50m HS Walk for time
Lungs on Fire
Every 2 min for 10 rounds (20 min)
- 15 sec All Out Assault Bike - 1 min 45 sec Rest

Every 4 min for 5 rounds
- Max Strict HSPU + 10 Ring Push ups + 30 sec HS Hold
